Returns Policy

No returns once worn

14-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with all original packaging and accompanying materials. Proof of purchase is required.


Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at info@onthewrist.uk within 14 days of receiving your item.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from some approved returns. This covers inspection, handling, and administrative costs.


Final Sale Items

Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
This includes:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Special or custom orders


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@onthewrist.uk so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original item (subject to approval), and place a new order separately.


European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in line with EU consumer law.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 10% restocking fee where applicable.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@onthewrist.uk.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Seller Submission & Authentication Policy

By submitting a watch to On The Wrist Ltd for sale, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Submission Process
    Upon confirmation from On The Wrist Ltd, sellers may send their watch using the prepaid shipping label provided. All submitted watches are subject to professional authentication upon receipt.

  2. Authentication
    Each watch will be inspected to verify authenticity, condition, and conformity with the information provided by the seller. This process is final and conducted at our sole discretion.

  3. Payment
    If the watch is confirmed as authentic, payment will be issued to the seller in accordance with the agreed offer.

  4. Counterfeit Items
    If a watch is determined to be counterfeit, altered, or otherwise inauthentic:

    • The seller will not receive payment.

    • On The Wrist Ltd is under no obligation to return the item.

    • The item will be retained and destroyed or otherwise disposed of in accordance with applicable UK laws and regulations.

    • By submitting a watch, the seller expressly consents to this outcome.

  5. Legal Compliance
    On The Wrist Ltd will not return counterfeit goods, as the circulation and return of such items is prohibited under UK law.

  6. Acknowledgement
    By sending a watch to On The Wrist Ltd, the seller confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
